Gina Morell is a stylist for the luxury clothing collection, W by Worth, and writes a fashion blog,Glam & Sassy.
Gina Morell, started Glam & Sassy six years ago as a pop-up boutique but now focuses on one-on-one styling sessions. As a merchandiser for DKNY and a buyer for Saks Fifth Avenue in New York, Gina has more than 15 years of experience working in fashion on the West and East Coasts. She loves styling women and showing them how to own their look, feel confident and be Glam & Sassy!
Prior to moving to La Jolla, California in 2008, Gina owned and operated two Cold Stone Creamery franchises in New Jersey. She was one of the first franchisees to bring the concept to the East Coast. Gina received many accolades and awards from the franchisor and was featured in a four-page article in Entrepreneur Magazine and The New York Times. She also did on-camera interviews for CNN and “CBS This Morning.” It was during this time she knew she loved being an entrepreneur and all the rewards, responsibilities and yes, even the headaches that came along with it!
When Gina is not building her business, she enjoys getting outside with her adorable dog, Mugsy, and walking by the beach. She makes time to work out and loves to dance! Gina became involved with Lipstick Sister as a way to meet like-minded women outside of her Glam & Sassy events. “I was blown away by the amount of beauty in one room! My sisters are all so successful, and so lovely, inside and out, and I am proud to be a part of this amazing organization,” Gina says, “and I look forward to getting to know all of you!”
